Spine Ops coordinates operational workflows but does not directly perform repair services unless explicitly stated.3. User ResponsibilitiesUsers agree to:- Provide accurate and current information
- Use the services lawfully and responsibly
- Avoid misuse, interference, or abuse of operational workflows
- Communicate respectfully with vendors, operators, tenants, and support personnel
- Respond to operational requests when necessary for workflow continuity

SMS Communications & ConsentBy submitting a phone number through Spine Ops forms, intake workflows, operational communication channels, or maintenance coordination processes where SMS consent is disclosed, users consent to receive conversational and transactional SMS communications from Spine Ops.These communications may include:- Maintenance request updates
